Lisa Vanderpump Surprised Daughter Pandora with Her Own Mini-Villa Rosa
The #RHOBH daughter got a brand-new house for her 30th birthday.
Pandora Vanderpump Sabo celebrated her 30th birthday on Saturday, and a major life moment like that deserves an equally huge gift. That's exactly what Pandora got from her mom Lisa Vanderpump and dad Ken Todd.
Lisa and Ken gifted her daughter and her husband Jason Sabo with the down payment on a fully-furnished home, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom revealed exclusively to DailyMail.com. "The light-filled home features a large open planning living and dining area, a large outdoor entertaining area with a pool and an enclosed lawn and courtyard," DailyMail.com describes.
Lisa teased the big surprise on Twitter Saturday. "Aaah this week I feel I created the biggest surprise ever! A happy birthday to @PandoraVT kindest person ever, today mummy pulled it off," she wrote.
Lisa "pulled it off" by inviting Pandora to a dinner party at the house's address. The RHOBH daughter said it was a "completely overwhelming surprise," and she "cried profusely" upon entering the new home.
As you can see in several pics on DailyMail.com, Pandora and Jason's new abode is like a mini version of Lisa and Ken's exquisite Villa Rosa mansion. There are white walls, neutral furniture, and flowers throughout in Lisa's signature pink hue.
Of course, Lisa and Ken decorated the home to Pandora's liking, asking her interior design-related questions over the past few months. "I could tell that every little display, piece of furniture and layout was designed with me in mind," Pandora told DailyMail.com. "The attention to detail and reflection of my taste is utter perfection and the fact that she did this all by herself in so little time is astounding."
Pandora's father made a very memorable contribution to her new crib's interior, too. "My father’s touches on the house too were the sweetest present I could dream of (like a much longed for piano!) and the fact that my parents dedicated so much time and effort to this for me makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world," she told DailyMail.com. "They’ve helped Jason and I start our dream life in our dream home and we cannot wait to live in it!"
It sounds like Lisa couldn't be happier about her decision to give Pandora and Jason a house, which was partly a thank you for her daughter's help in planning The Vanderpump Dog Foundation's World Dog Day event on May 22. "It’s a parent’s dream to be able to give their kids a leg up in this world," Lisa told DailyMail.com. "Especially when your kids are hard working, altruistic and good-hearted."
But the house isn't completely a gift. "This was a gift to both of them to celebrate 5 years of marriage and both of their 30th birthdays," Lisa said. "But they do now have a mortgage, so this is a gift that definitely comes with responsibilities!"
While we wait and see if Pandora and Jason fill up that house with children anytime soon, take a look back at these adorable throwback pics of the couple, below.
