When it comes to her hair, Lisa Rinna is kind of a creature of habit. But on Tuesday night, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mama debuts a brand new 'do. Instead of her signature shag, Lisa sat down on Watch What Happens Live with the chic new twist, with it all pulled back and falling loosely at her shoulders.

And one of The Real Housewives of New York City was paying attention to the change. Dorinda Medley headed to Twitter to share her thoughts on Lisa's new look. "Girl!!!!!! Your hair looks #amazing!!!! Feeling inspired..." she wrote.
