Lala Kent Is Engaged to the "Man of [Her] Dreams" — and the Proposal Was Beyond Epic

A long weekend is a happy time for everyone enjoying the last days of summer and an extra day off work. However, we think it's safe to say that Lala Kent is having the best Labor Day weekend ever. In the past, the SURver kept somewhat quiet about her relationship with producer Randall Emmett. But her Instagram post from September 2 was the digital equivalent of shouting her love from the rooftops. Here's what Lala wrote:

"Last night was the best night of my entire life. I got engaged to the man of my dreams. I get to call this amazing human my fiancé! An engagement last night, my birthday today." The Vanderpump Rules pal's post took an even more emotional turn when she mentioned her father, who passed away in April. "[I saw] every sign my dad could possibly send me to let me know he’s here. I’m the happiest girl in the world," Lala wrote.

Her heartfelt words captioned a sweet photo of her embracing Randall under a sky filled with fireworks. Stassi Schroeder also took to Instagram to share a message about the engagement, and joked about her pal's "small ass ring." Check out the cute pic of the friends:

According to People, the engagement happened while the couple was vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, where they stayed at the luxurious Esperanza An Auberge Resort. The groom-to-be had set up a screen, allegedly for Lala to watch her favorite sitcom, Friends. But suddenly, Rachel, Chandler, and company faded out as a video capturing Lala and Randall's sweet couple moments began to play instead. 

At the end of the custom montage, Randall knelt down on one knee with a diamond ring in hand, and fireworks began bursting overhead in the sky. We are swooning — are you not? But, it gets even sweeter...

As it turns out, Randall had been planning to propose for some time — and even got a chance to ask Lala's father for permission to do so before the latter passed away. 

"Randall had told me that he had asked my dad permission to marry me earlier this year before my father passed away which is such an incredible gift because I lost my dad suddenly," Lala shared with the magazine. "I believe my father was definitely with us last night in spirit, which makes me even happier and our parents are thrilled!”
