Jax Taylor Has Some Shocking New Thoughts on the Kristen Doute and James Kennedy Hookup Rumors

Jax Taylor seemed pretty certain that Kristen Doute and James Kennedy hooked up one night in Mexico during the latest episode of Vanderpump Rules. He recreated the night in question with evidence and everything, after all. 

But now the Vanderpump Rules bartender seems to have come to a different conclusion about what happened between Kristen and James after hearing from the parties involved. Kristen denied hooking up with James during the episode, and now Jax said that he believes her in a tweet in which he also opened up about speaking to James about his suspicion during the guys' golf outing in Mexico. "[He] was drunk and didn’t know what he was saying and that’s fine.. we have all been [there], regardless you have to be accountable for what you say drunk or not," Jax tweeted on Tuesday. "Kristen said she didn’t and I believe her plain and simple but I only talked to James first. So..." (Jax certainly has a lot more to say about it in the Vanderpump Rules After Show, above.)

Jax also gave an update on where things stand between him and James after their heated time in Mexico. "I am just tired of the 'I was drunk I don’t remember.' It’s all good though @itsjameskennedy and I have squashed this," Jax tweeted. "It’s all good, James and I are very similar and sometimes we [butt] heads it’s gonna happen when you spend a lot time together."

Kristen and Katie Maloney-Schwartz had similar revelations about the gossip after they watched Monday night's episode of Vanderpump Rules, realizing that James actually said he hung out with Kristen, not that he hooked up with her.
