Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian Have Responded to Blac Chyna's Lawsuit
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars are set to appear in court.
The KarJenner clan had a very merry Christmas. But now, it's back to reality. After Rob Kardashian's ex Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the famous family, Rob, his mother Kris Jenner, and his sister Kim Kardashian are set to fight the claims in court.
To review, the lawsuit came after Rob posted nude photos of Blac Chyna back in July. Days later, Blac Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Rob. By October, the model had filed claims not only against Rob, but against his mother Kris and his sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner.
The lawsuit claimed that Rob had been physically and verbally abusive to Blac Chyna and that his entire family had maliciously sought to damage her reputation and sabotage a second season of her former E! reality show, Rob and Chyna.
By November, Blac Chyna had dropped charges against Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie — but Kris, Kim, and Rob were still targets of her accusations.
On December 21, Kim, Rob, and Kris' attorney filed a demurrer, which asked Blac Chyna to drop the lawsuit. According to court documents, the family claimed that Rob and Chyna had been canceled because the two main players could not interact for cameras (see: Blac Chyna's restraining order against Rob.)
The family is also set to appear in court. According to the documents, Kris and Kim have a court date on January 18.
