Following a health scare last week, Kim Zolciak-Biermann had some heated words for anyone claiming she faked a mini-stroke to get out of her Dancing with the Stars commitments. On Monday (September 28), the Don't Be Tardy mom headed to Twitter and Instagram to shoot down the gossip.

Kim was hospitalized last Wednesday (September 23) with a transient ischemic attack (a mini-stroke), and after undergoing a procedure on Friday (September 26), she was discharged that day. Following her hospitalization, she released a statement to People, hinting that she hopes to be able to dance again. "I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days," she said. "I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health. I can't express enough how much I love dancing and this whole experience, and I hope this will not be the end of dancing."

Throughout her health scare, her family and DWTS partner, Tony Dovolani, have been by her side. As of press time, a rep for Tony had not responded to The Daily Dish's request for comment regarding the pair's status with the show, which goes live again on Monday night. “After spending only a few weeks with Kim, it is evident of how much of a fighter she is," he told The Daily Dish in a statement last week. "Her humor and positivity are still shining through, and it’s amazing to see the love and support of her family. We are hoping for a speedy recovery.”

A new episode of Don't Be Tardy airs this Sunday, October 4 at 10/9c. Watch a preview, below.
