The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star faces three misdemeanor charges—public intoxication, resisting arrest and battery upon on officer, and could face up to two-and-a-half years in prison. The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirms that Kim was not in attendance, but pleaded not guilty to all charges through her attorney.

She is out on her own recognizance, but has been ordered by the courts to stay away from the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Shortly after her arrest, Kim appeared on the Dr. Phil show and discussed her struggles with sobriety.

"I'm beating myself up over this," she said about her arrest. "I feel the worst for my kids because they've been through a lot with this.”

Kim then entered a rehab facility following her appearance on Dr. Phil, and then reportedly moved to a different facility after attending her daughter’s wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. “She’s doing OK, a lot better than she had been,” a source told E! News at the time.
