Hillary Clinton Is Basically a Concerned Mom When it Comes to the Kim Kardashian Robbery
The presidential candidate showed support for Kim and Kanye during a recent interview.
If you needed any further proof that everyone is talking about Kim Kardashian's robbery at gunpoint in Paris on Sunday, here it is. Even Hillary Clinton, who is currently running for president, is commenting on the incident.
The Democratic nominee reacted to the news when she sat down with Extra's AJ Calloway earlier this week. "I felt really bad for her. She's home now, right?" Hillary asked AJ during the interview, just like any concerned mother would.
Hillary was so abreast of the situation, she even knew Kim's husband Kanye West had to stop his performance at the Meadows Music & Arts Festival on Sunday early in order to deal with what was then referred to as "a family emergency." "He was in the middle of the concert and he ran offstage, bless his heart," the former Secretary of State said. "No, it's horrible. So I'm just glad nobody was hurt."
Kim grabbed headlines in September when she said she was "on the fence" when it came to who she was voting for in the upcoming presidential election during an interview with Wonderland magazine. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star later clarified her comments in a blog post titled "I'm With Her," stating that she will be voting for Hillary.
Following the robbery, Kim fled Paris in a private jet and returned home in New York with Kanye, her mom Kris Jenner and Kris' boyfriend, Corey Gamble. TMZ described the security at the scene as "presidential-level."
