Katie Maloney Reacts to Lala Unfollowing Her on Instagram After the Reunion Taping
Regarding their recent drama, Katie Maloney noted, "I don't really know what to say about it."
Katie Maloney's friendship with Lala Kent went through some ups and downs on Vanderpump Rules Season 11, but things have deteriorated even further between the castmates since filming wrapped and the reunion was filmed.
During a recent Amazon Live stream, Lala shared why she unfollowed Katie on Instagram — and, now, the Something About Her co-owner is reacting to the recent social media shade.
Katie Maloney Reacts to Lala Kent's Instagram Unfollow
As the Disrespectfully podcast host told Us Weekly, she only learned that Lala had unfollowed her when she was scrolling through social media.
“I found out about that through a post on Instagram,” Katie told the outlet. She then shared why she thinks the two aren't in the best place at the moment.

"Lala and I, over a year ago, had went through some stuff and I thought we repaired [it]," Katie said. "Then, this past season you see on the show, we kind of got into some spats.”
She's still not exactly sure why Lala would have felt the need to unfollow her, though.
“We were like, I feel like we were not seeing eye to eye on a lot of things. And I am not entirely sure,” Katie concluded about the mysterious unfollow move. “I don’t really know what to say about it.”
Why did Lala Kent unfollow Katie Maloney on Instagram?
In case you missed it, Lala unfollowed Katie and Ariana Madix in an attempt to keep her Instagram follower vs. following ratio in proportion.
“I have 2.4 [million followers] and then it was like, following 227,” Lala said on an Amazon Live stream. “[And] it bothers me when that number isn’t kind of consistent. So I went in to see who I could unfollow and they were the two that I seemed to not be that interested in following any longer.”
However, Lala said that she would be open to re-following the sandwich shop co-owners again in the future.
“But maybe when I go up to 2.5, 2.6 [million], we can bring them back,” she teased.
