Jill Zarin Explains The Real Reason Why Lindsay Lohan Was Staying at Her Home

The rumors are true: When Lindsay Lohan was in New York City recently, she did, in fact, crash at Jill Zarin's home. In fact, The Real Housewives of New York City alum confirmed that Linday's younger sister, Ali Lohan, also spent some time at her home, in a recent interview with The Daily Dish.

"They're all at my house! They moved in with me and they're all sleeping in [my daughter] Ally's room, so Ally's very jealous, very mad, [like] 'Why aren't I there? I don't want to miss the pajama party. We're doing pajama parties every night. It's awesome."

While Lindsay has lived mostly in Dubai as of late, she's long been a friend of Jill's and her trip stateside didn't just include gym sessions with the RHONY alum, but also some business as well because, these days, business is a way of life for the former child star.

"She's got longer hair. She looks beautiful. Her skin is porcelain white and she's beautiful. She's really become a businesswoman. She's living in Dubai now for three years. She came back to New York for some personal reasons and also to do some business," Jill said. "And she just got a huge endorsement deal with Lawyers.com, which I think is hysterical. [It's] not making fun of herself, but it's kind of like owning that when she was a kid she made a lot of dumb mistakes and she needed a good lawyer. I'm happy for her."

And, according to Jill, Lindsay hasn't just offered up some connections in Dubai as Jill looks to expand her Jill Zarin rug line; she's also kept a full plate of projects to keep her busy.

"She's producing films. I actually was in London with her when she was doing a movie for Netflix that's coming out in September, which is gonna be a very fun movie. And she's working with different governments in the Middle East on projects and humanitarian things. She's doing great stuff. She needed a fresh start," Jill said. "There's no paparazzi in Dubai ... I think she just needed privacy."

And, Lindsay has another project up her sleeve, Jill revealed. "I can tell you one thing people probably know least about Lindsay is how bright she is. And when I say bright, she's working on a book. I've read a few chapters, her writing doesn't even match how she speaks," Jill teased. "I mean she's just on another level, very highly intellectual. She can speak multiple languages. She can mimic accents and voices. Her memory is like an elephant. She's quite talented and I don't think people know that about her."
