This Is Why Turkey Sandwiches Are Such a Big Deal to Jax Taylor
It's about so much more than food for the #PumpRules bartender.
We've heard Jax Taylor request that his girlfriend, Brittany Cartwright, make him a turkey sandwich so often this season of Vanderpump Rules, we finally decided to do something about it. The Daily Dish surprised the SURver with said delicacy when we caught up with him recently, and he couldn't have been happier. "See Brittany? They made me a turkey sandwich," Jax joked.
After taking a big bite of it, the sandwich got Jax's seal of approval. "This is one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted. It's delicious," he gushed, adding that a turkey sandwich is at the top of his sammie hierarchy.
Brittany finally made Jax's dreams come true last month when she made him a turkey sandwich, which the couple captured on social media. "It was great. I love it," Jax said of the treat.
Jax has received some heat from Brittany and the rest of the Vanderpump Rules crew for his request this season, but he remained firm on his stance while talking to The Daily Dish. "I felt like in my relationship, I do a lot of things. I do a lot of things for her. And I'm happy to do a lot of things for her. I enjoy it. I was just like, once in a while, it'd be nice to come home after doing all these things for you if I could have a turkey sandwich," Jax explained. "I just want to be appreciated once in a while."
