Heather Thomson Says She Will Not Return to #RHONY
"I put three years into it and built true relationships...and for that I’ll be forever grateful,” she shares.
Heather Thomson says she will not be returning to the Real Housewives of New York next season. The Yummie Tummie designer revealed the news to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday (September 8), explaining that after three seasons, she is taking time to focus on other endeavors. "The reality of it that I just can't do it anymore," she told ET. "I have to focus on the things that are really, really important in my life and that's my family and my business. While I'm filming the show I also am running a multi-million dollar business, and it takes away a lot of my time from the company."
"The opportunity, the experience — it was all amazing while it lasted," she added. "But, again... the third time was the charm for me." She also explained why this season was the perfect note to end on. “My third year I kind of figured out where I was with the women," she said. "There was a beginning, middle and end for everything, and for me, that was the end."
Heather expressed her gratitude for her time spent on the show. “It’s all positive for me. I had such an amazing experience on the show, it was a phenomenal opportunity for me, I’m so glad that I took it. I put three years into it and built true relationships and lost true relationships, and for that I’ll be forever grateful,” she said. "The opportunity, the experience — it was all amazing while it lasted.”
