Bravolebs Want You to Wear Purple for GLAAD Spirit Day
Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards, Andy Cohen, and more are showing support for LGBT youth on October 15.
On October 15, you can show your support for the LGBT community simply by wearing purple in honor of GLAAD Spirit Day. Launched in 2010, the initiative helps bring awareness to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youths — and this year Bravolebs are getting in on the action. "I am proud to take part in Spirit Day by wearing purple and taking a united stand against bullying and showing my spirit for the LGBT youth," Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards shares (in the video below).
Andy Cohen, the ladies of the Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce, and Million Dollar Listing New York agents Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant are also asking people to get involved and rock the royal shade on Thursday. "Simply by wearing purple on October 15, we can help tell young people it is OK to be exactly who you are," RHOBH's Lisa Rinna says. "No one should be bullied or called names for simply being who they are."
