Gizelle Bryant Isn't Holding Back the Shade About Ashley Darby's Marriage

It looks like the honeymoon period is officially over for Ashley Darby. The Real Housewives of Potomac restaurateur celebrated her second wedding anniversary with husband Michael Darby in Sunday night's new episode, and you could definitely sense some tension between the two as they discussed the progress of their new eatery, Oz, and the future of their marriage.

It looks like there might be a bumpy road ahead for Ashley and Michael this season of RHOP, as we see in the supertease. So of course, RHOP fans are wondering what the future holds for this couple. Since Gizelle Bryant always knows what the word on the street is, one fan even went so far as to ask for her take on the couple and their longevity during Sunday night's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show. "Oh, wow. I really like Michael, but there's a 30-year age difference. Let's just do the math," Gizelle said. "But I like Michael."

Ashley admitted that it wasn't easy for her to relive those tense moments with Michael in Sunday night's episode. "This is rough to watch," she tweeted. "Mixing business and love ain't easy."

But Ashley is used to this kind of doubt about the strength of her bond with Michael, given what seems to be their many differences. "People ask all the time, 'What do you have in common? You're 29 years apart. He's from a different continent. He's a different race. He has a different political affiliation,'" Ashley told The Daily Dish in March 2016. "Like, I don't know if you could get any more polarizing than Michael and me, but we have those common characteristics that just bring us together."
