The Unexpected Compliment Garcelle Beauvais Has for the New RHONY Cast
There was a lot of love for the "lovely" diamond-toting Housewife from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The Real Housewives of New York City ladies sat for their first BravoCon, and they gave live audiences the scoop on all the drama — as well wise words from a “lovely” Housewife from another city.
Erin Lichy earned the title of the best apologizer for the series from the "Let's Hear It for (New) New York" panel moderator Matt Rogers, and she continued with her sorries on Saturday at BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas. While discussing her heartfelt sentiments throughout RHONY Season 14 during the panel, Brynn Whitfield added that “deep down,” the new faces of RHONY really card about one another.
She drove the point home by touching on a previous conversation with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Garcelle Beauvais.
The advice Garcelle had for the new RHONY cast
“I was just actually speaking with Garcelle. She’s so lovely, and she was like, ‘Your group — you guys aren’t out to destroy each other,” Brynn told BravoCon 2023 moderator, Las Culturistas co-host Matt Rogers. “And we’re not. We’re not.”
Brynn turned toward the audience, instructing, “Don’t do that; don’t destroy.”
“We f-ck up, and we hurt each other, and we get pissed — Erin and I got pissed at each other last night,” Brynn continued. It didn’t seem to faze the pair, as both got on great for the Let’s Hear it For (New) New York panel.
“Deep down, we all care,” Brynn continued. “I love every girl on this stage. We do f-cking care about each other.”
She added that none were there to “weaponize” one another’s insecurities (though RHONY’s Ubah Hassan maintained she had none).
“We’re in this together,” Jessel Taank added.
The RHONY women love Garcelle Beauvais
During the live Q&A with audience members, the women were asked which of the other series’ Housewives they found the most inspiring. Brynn said she looked up to “the master," former RHONY cast member Sonja Morgan. Meanwhile, current Housewife Sai De Silva said The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast was “definitely one of my favorites."
But for Erin, the discussion returned to the diamond-toting Garcelle.
“I love Beverly Hills,” she said. “I love a lot of them, but Garcelle always feels to me, like, level-headed, nice, and I love that.”
There has been lots of love since the RHONY Season 14 reunion, and hopefully, there’ll be more to come.
