Does Kroy Biermann Have a Future in Coaching?
"He has the ability to really teach," #DontBeTardy's Kim Zolciak-Biermann says of her athlete hubby.
As Kroy Biermann continues his career in the NFL as a free agent after being released from the Buffalo Bills, his wife, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, has a game plan for whenever he decides to step away from the field. But, that next chapter might not take the Don't Be Tardy dad too far away from the game he has such a passion for.
"It's so funny; Kroy's very well spoken. I've always said, 'You should do broadcasting'... I told him he should try out for that Live! with Kelly [co-hosting job]. I was like, 'You should do that,' so we'll see. I think that he would also make an incredible coach," she told The Daily Dish. Kim came to that conclusion after she saw Kroy at home during some of his daddy duties.
"I watch him and have watched him teach KJ how to ride a bike. I'm not a very good teacher. I'm like, 'KJ just pedal,' you know? And he's like, 'Huh?' And Kroy's like, 'Let's put your foot here, let's put the other one here.' And I watch him and — I mean, this is everyday but this in particular, stood out — it's like, 'Kroy, you should really be a coach,'" she said. "He has the ability to really teach. I don't have that ability, so we'll see. I mean, either way, I think broadcasting or coaching in the future is definitely [possible]... Coaching and being a coach takes a lot more from you than actually being a player, so we'll see."
As Kroy takes various meetings to find which team could be the right fit for him as a player, he has been continuing to hit the gym to stay strong. "He's a beast!" Kim said of the former Atlanta Falcons defensive player. "I definitely feel like I give Don't Be Tardy all I have, but there are days where it's like, 'Woof, I'm tired.' But Kroy, day in and day out, he'll never complain. I've never heard this man in the six years we've been together ever complain about working out. I'm not even into a workout and I'm complaining about it."
