Danielle Staub's estranged husband, Marty Caffrey, has reportedly filed for divorce from her after marrying back in the spring. According to E! News, Marty filed for divorce from The Real Housewives of New Jersey friend on August 14 at a New Jersey court. Previously, it was reported that Danielle hired a divorce attorney after three months of marriage. The news of the divorce filing comes after reports surfaced last week that they appeared in Bergen County court on Monday over their temporary restraining orders and decided to drop their complaints, according to Page SixDanielle and Marty both filed for a restraining order against each other following an incident at her home on Sunday, August 12.

Danielle addressed the issues in their relationship via a statement from her rep earlier this month: "Danielle is very disappointed that Marty spent time composing a three-page statement for the media but won't sit down and talk with her about the situation. She is also disappointed that he seems much more concerned about press coverage than he does about his marriage." At the time, Marty had spoken to media outlets amid reports the two were experiencing marital trouble.
