Dale Earnhardt Jr. Is So Charming, He Could Basically Be a Member of the Southern Charm Squad
The famous NASCAR driver looks right at home with the #SouthernCharm crew.
Everyone wants to roll with the Southern Charm pals — even celebrities. And actually, we wouldn't mind if the latest celeb to get charmed by this crew hung around more often.
The Charmers recently got together with Dale Earnhardt Jr. at a little — OK, probably a grand — dinner party at Patricia Altschul's house. Yes, the NASCAR driver extraordinaire and his wife, Amy Earnhardt, were all smiles with Shep Rose, Cameran Eubanks, her husband Jason Wimberly, Whitney Sudler-Smith, Thomas Ravenel, and Austen Kroll.
Dale is not only a fan of the show, but he also became Twitter pals with Shep before meeting him in person. "We've talked about getting a beer a hundred times, and we just haven't done it yet," Dale said when he appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in February, adding that Shep is also his favorite Bravoleb.
Well, they finally did it when the Southern Charm gent gave Dale the Shep tour of Charleston, including a stop at his restaurant, the Palace Hotel. "Was a little nervous taking my new buds @mrsamyearnhardt and @dalejr to the @palacehotelchs but they said it was right down their alley as we left," Shep captioned a pic of their meal. "I knew they were good people!"
In fact, Shep has had a star-studded few days, catching up with his other famous friend, Saturday Night Live's Colin Jost.
Shep isn't just buds with celebs; he's also been known to have some high-profile hookups in the past. Watch him reveal a surprisingly juicy one on WWHL last year, below.
