Cynthia Bailey Shows Off Her Natural Hair: See the Pics
The #RHOA fashionista is officially on a weave break.
According to the Real Housewives of Atlanta's self-described #hairqueen, Cynthia Bailey's tresses are officially on a "much needed" weave break. And to prove it, she headed to Instagram to show the world what her hair looks like in its natural state, noting that "the hair struggle is real." Cynthia explained that she tries to let her hair loose every three months, but her work and travel commitments don't always allow it.
"This is what my hair looks like right now. As you can see it is growing but my leave out (which is dyed blonde to blend in better with my blond extensions) & edges are a little stressed damaged. I just washed, conditioned & put it in 2 ponytails. AirDry not blow dry! I love changing my hair up & weaves and wigs are the quickest ways to get different looks," she explained. "However, I always want to make sure my natural hair is strong & healthy. I highly suggest taking a weave break ladies! Even if it's only for a couple of weeks. I'm going to try to do 2 months. Found some great wigs for work that I can take off at night to get me thru."
Update 11/25/2015: Looks like Cynthia is still enjoying her "weave break."
