Teigen was the chief stew; Legend was (begrudgingly) the bosun.
It's no secret that Chrissy Teigen is a Bravo superfan — and specifically, a Below Deck fan. (Who could forget when she fangirled hard after meeting Below Deck Mediterranean's Hannah Ferrier?) But the mama of two recently took her love of Below Deck to a whole new level with a recreation of the yacht-bound show starring herself as chief stewardess. The mock show also featured some of her famous friends in cameo appearances...
On July 15, Teigen posted a series of tweets that let fans in on her Below Deck fan art. In the first tweet, she made her mission clear: "John [Legend] and I are pretending to be on [Below Deck] aka one of the best shows on television," she wrote, to caption a short video. In the clip, Teigen announces that she will be playing the role of chief stewardess, while her husband proclaims that he's the captain — only to be set straight. "No, you're the bosun. God!" Teigen said.
In another post, Teigen showed a title sequence for her Below Deck homage, featuring Legend singing the "Love Boat" theme song. And, it would appear that her hubby did get that captain gig after all. Take a look:
