Is Camille Grammer Ready to Leave Her Gorgeous Malibu Mansion Behind?
The #RHOBH alum reveals whether she's moving on from the gorgeous home she shared with her ex Kelsey Grammer.
Camille Grammer is on the move! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum has officially sold the 6,645- square-foot Malibu mansion she once shared with ex-husband, Kelsey Grammer (as seen on Season 1). The 4.75-acre estate located in the gated Serra Retreat community sold for $12.94 million dollars, and includes a kitchen designed by Wolfgang Puck, a library, home theater, four bedrooms, and six bathrooms, according to the Los Angeles Times. (You can take a tour of the lovely home in the video above.)
When The Daily Dish caught up with Camille at the RHOBH Season 6 premiere party in Los Angeles Thursday, the RHOBH alum hinted at the big change in her life as a reason she hasn't returned to the show. “I would come back [to RHOBH]. The producer’s would have to want me to come back. They asked me back this year — this wasn’t the year for me. I have other things going on! I am moving," she explained. Camille held back on details of the sale, but confirmed it was already in progress. "[I] sold my Malibu place."
While we anxiously wait to see what's next for Camille in the home department, her Malibu home's new owners will inherit a number of incredible amenities, including a detached guesthouse, a lily pond, a swimming pool, tennis court, and horse facilities. Moving away from Malibu must be trendy: Before announcing their split, Yolanda Foster and David Foster also sold their home in Malibu.
Even with the move, Camille did manage to make some time to make a cameo this season on RHOBH. Check out a teaser below.
