It was the television event Americans have been waiting for all month (besides The Real Housewives of Atlantareunion, of course). In an interview Friday night, Bruce Jenner confirmed to Diane Sawyer that he identifies as a female. “For all intents and purposes, I am a woman,” he said on the two hour edition of 20/20.
The news that the former Olympian will be transitioning from male to female may have been shocking for some viewers, but for many others it was incredibly inspiring. Several of our Bravolebrities took to their social media accounts to voice their support of Bruce.
Andy was very adamant in congratulating Bruce’s courage, and expressing how this will change the lives of many.
Kyle Richards shared a photo of Bruce from the 1976 Olympics, declaring how brave and beautiful he is.
