Stephanie Hollman Says "It Hurts" That She Wasn't There for Brandi Redmond During Her Miscarriage

When Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman weren't on speaking terms, they missed some pretty big moments in each other's lives. So when the two reconciled earlier this season of The Real Housewives of Dallas, Brandi had some sad news to share with Stephanie. 

The RHOD mom revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage, which made for an emotional moment between the two. “It hurts that she went through and that I wasn't there for her,” Stephanie recently told ET about hearing that news. “I'm sad that I missed being there for her, and I'm sad that she went through that by herself. I've had a miscarriage before and it's hard. It is a loss of a baby, 'cause you see the heartbeat, you get so excited, and then to have that taken away, it's a great loss.”

Stephanie said that reliving their tough times this season has actually helped bring her and Brandi closer together. “Brandi is like my sister,” Stephanie shared. “I can't have another friendship like hers ... she makes me think that I'm 5 years old, and there's not a care in the world, and that's something that's rare and I don't think you can find with a lot of people.” 

In fact, Brandi told The Daily Dish in August that it felt like her friendship with Stephanie "didn't skip a beat" after they resolved their issues. "That's when you know your friendship is real, and it's a real friendship. People say that they go in and out of your lives, and she's somebody who I think is a lifelong friend. And I love her, and I adore her. And I'm so happy," Brandi gushed. "It actually hurts my heart to know that we did have that time apart. But we did not skip a beat. And we always have so much fun together."
