Blac Chyna's Legal Case Against Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian Has Been Tentatively Dismissed
Rob Kardashian's ex appears to be losing this court battle.
It's not easy to take the Kardashians down in court! Back in October 2017, Rob Kardashian's ex Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the family for (allegedly) seeking to damage her reptuation and for orchestrating the cancellation of her E! reality show, Rob & Chyna. But after a recent court date, it doesn't seem that things aren't leaning in her favor.
On January 18, Blac Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, went head-to-head with the Kardashians' lawyer, Shawn Holley, in court. Hoping to get her clients dismissed from the case, Holley apparently convinced the judge that Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner had nothing to do with the cancellation of her show.
After all, Blac Chyna had taken a restraining order out against her co-star and ex, Rob. And, since Rob and Chyna aren't legally able to interact, it would be hard to continue filming a show called Rob & Chyna. Additionally, the judge is said to have pointed out that Chyna didn't actually have a contract with E!, but was simply in negotiations with the network.
For now, Blac Chyna's case against Kim and Kris has been tentatively dismissed. But, the judge did allow for her to create a new case against the reality stars, should she wish.
