Blac Chyna Sues the "Powerful, Vindictive" Kardashian Family for "Significant Damages"
The complaint accuses the Kardashians of "slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show."
Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against her ex, Rob Kardashian, as well as his mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, in Los Angeles on Tuesday. She is seeking unspecified damages following a much-publicized July incident in which Rob posted nude pictures of her on social media. She also accuses Rob of verbal and physical abuse and blames the entire family for sabotaging what was supposed to be a second season of the E! series Rob and Chyna.
According to PEOPLE, the lawsuit claims that “Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White [Blac Chyna], the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”
The filing goes even further, looking to place blame squarely on the shoulders of the Kardashian family.
“Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch—without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable."
Rob and Kylie filed a lawsuit against Blac Chyna in September for vandalism, assault, and battery, following an altercation in which Blac Chyna allegedly tried to choke Rob with a phone charging cable inside Kylie's home.
Reps for the Kardashian family have yet to comment on the latest lawsuit, but a source tells PEOPLE, "They knew it was coming."
