Blac Chyna Mulls Over Legal Options in Her Battle with Rob Kardashian
Her lawyer will advise her on how to handle the drama as it escalates.
Blac Chyna has consulted her lawyer for possible avenues to address the accusations and nude photos that were leveled against her in public on Wednesday by Rob Kardashian, her former fiancé and the father of her seven-month-old daughter, Dream Kardashian.
Her lawyer Walter Mosley gave a statement to PEOPLE saying, “I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed.”
According to his website, Walter specializes in entertainment law, with a celebrity roster that includes Chyna's pal Amber Rose and actor Charlie Sheen.
Attorney Carrie Goldberg, who specializes in fighting Internet abuse, told the publication that Rob posting Chyna's naked photos is "quintessential revenge porn," asserting that “Rob has made the work of a prosecutor or a victim’s attorney quite easy so far as to even post about the very motive behind his outrageous act of posting these private and nude photos of his ex.”
What began as an Instagram tirade accusing Chyna of being promiscuous, doing drugs, and being an absentee mother was moved to Twitter after Rob's Instagram account was shut down. His most recent social media post was on Snapchat, where he sang the Marvelettes' song "Mr. Postman" over a video showing Chyna's luxury cars, including a Range Rover, Ferrari, and Lamborghini.
Rob's family is reportedly very upset with his behavior and how it might impact Dream in the long run. "They are ashamed the war has become a public spectacle and hurting the family name," a source told TMZ.
