This Video of Captain Lee Rosbach Skydiving Will Make Your Jaw Drop

First, Captain Lee Rosbach conquered the seas; now he's taken to the skies. The Below Deck boss went skydiving on Monday, and we don't think we'll ever look at him the same way again. 

Captain Lee jumped with the U.S. Army's Golden Knights parachute team on a gorgeous, sunny, blue day, he shared on Facebook Monday. He jumped out of an airplane from 2.5 miles up, and our hearts are racing just thinking about that. 

But get ready to totally lose your ship (see what we did there?), because Captain Lee shared a video of the entire jump on Facebook. Captain Lee never loses his cool on Below Deck (well, unless his crew members disobey his orders, that is), and this jump was no exception. Though we can only imagine that Captain Lee was filled with excitement as he took this great leap, he's all smiles in the video, looking serene, and even putting out a couple of thumbs up during the jump. Fly, Captain Lee, fly!

You shouldn't be so surprised to see Captain Lee getting extreme, really. In addition to frequent visits to the gym, he also recently biked 165 miles from Miami to Key West as part of the SMART Ride last month in order to raise money for those affected by HIV/AIDS.
