Kate Chastain Has an Admirer on Below Deck Mediterranean and the Feeling Is Mutual

The members of the Below Deck and Below Deck Mediterranean crews have been known to hang out on land. Yachting is a small world, after all. But we've never had a proper Below Deck-Below Deck Med romance before, and now we're hoping that we're one step closer to seeing it happen. 

Kate Chastain hasn't been shy about being the president of the Colin Macy-O'Toole Fan Club as she watches this season of Below Deck Med. Based on Kate's tweets, just about everything Colin does seems to put a smile on her face, and who could blame her? 

The deckhand actually wouldn't mind getting to know the Below Deck chief stew a little better, either. "I've never met Kate," Colin told The Daily Dish while getting ready for this season's Below Deck Med reunion. "I think I am trying to go down to Florida at some point this year, just to hang out with friends, but if she's down there, I'd love to meet her and just say hello."

After hearing that, we took it upon ourselves to play Cupid a little bit and ask Colin if he would ever consider dating Kate. "Yeah, absolutely. I mean, I don't know her. I would love to obviously get to know her a little bit," he said. "But, yeah, I wouldn't take that out of consideration." 

And do our eyes deceive us, or has Colin already started putting the moves on Kate? After she tweeted about some trouble in the neighborhood of the new location of her Genesis Boutique, Colin offered up this suggestion: "Sell the house. Move to Long Island. And we’ll live happily ever after. That’ll show him!!"

That seemed to put a smile on Kate's face. 

Come on, Colin! We all know what happens when you don't reveal your true feelings for someone (cough cough Brooke Laughton cough cough).
