Amber Marchese Looks Flawless After Surgery

The #RHONJ mom just completed her final surgery in her battle against cancer.

Real Housewives of New Jersey's Amber Marchese has just completed another milestone in her battle against breast cancer, undergoing what is likely to be her last surgery on Tuesday (September 22). Earlier this week, Amber revealed on Facebook that she would be taking out her expander and "and replacing it with big, yes big, jubblies." To celebrate, some of her gal pals brought her coffee and bagels. And in her latest selfie, Amber is nothing less than flawless.

How to Watch

Before the surgery, Amber thanked her fans for all their support throughout her latest cancer battle. "I want to thank you all for your support, encouragement, love, or any kind gesture that you have given me," she wrote in her Facebook post. "I have nothing but gratitude and love for all your kindness. It has been a rough road for me, but you guys really helped me through this." Though, sadly, Amber revealed that she recently lost a friend, Tami, to breast cancer, and reflected on that loss in a blog post for People.

"So many emotions go through my mind. Up front and center is, of course, fear – especially that I am diagnosed for the second time," she writes. "The second is guilt. Why did Tami have to find it in such a late stage? I finished up treatment while she still pushing through with treatments. My hair grew back while hers had to stay bald to short, but never really long again. I hate this. It's just not fair at all. My heart breaks with sadness, and it really has been the only thing on my mind for days now."
