Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi Tapped the Kardashians' Dermatologist for This Under Eye Procedure
The Shahs of Sunset pal promises she'll always keep it real about what's fake.
Shahs of Sunset beauty Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi is totally candid with her followers when it comes to her cosmetic procedures. She just posted a manifesto this summer that began with "born with some, paid for the rest." Now she's sharing the high-tech procedure she uses to get rid of under eye circles, complete with a video and a before-and-after photo showing some very impressive results.
"I know it looks painful but it's really not!" GG wrote in the caption of the video, which shows a needle poking the skin under her eyes. "I have natural dark circles around my eyes and @simonourianmd1 knows exactly how to help my problem with his amazing techniques. Y'all know I'm all about getting cosmetic procedures and I only go to the best! #IKeepItRealAboutWhatsFake."
She wasn't kidding about going to the best either. She shares a dermatologist with the Kardashians (Here's Dr. Ourian with Kim Kardashian West last month). GG didn't mention the name of her treatment, but Dr. Ourian posted a similar video last year about removing dark circles under the eyes and wrote that he used a combination of "Coolaser and long-lasting dermal filler injections."
