Over the past several years, Christian Siriano has dressed plenty of iconic figures in the fashion world, from Billy Porter to Ashley Graham to Celine Dion — we can literally go on and on. However, there is one particular celebrity fashion moment Bravo's Project Runway mentor will never forget.
In a recent visit to Bravo HQ, we got the designer to dish on some of his favorite designs for A-listers, and a top memory for Christian was when former FLOTUS Michelle Obama wore a stunning blue dress he curated at the 2016 Democratic National Convention. (You know, when she delivered the legendary speech that's best known for the empowering line: "When they go low, we go high.")
"The crowd was crazy; she gave one of the most amazing speeches ever given. The dress looks so beautiful because it’s quite simple, but spoke volumes, I think, and I think that was really nice to see and probably one of my favorite moments ever," he shared.
