Blac Chyna's Attorney Called Rob Kardashian "Poor Little Rich Boy" After He Filed to Reduce Child Support
Attorney Lisa Bloom isn't having it.
Back in June, Blac Chyna blasted Rob Kardashian in a Father's Day tweet for allegedly not paying child support for their daughter, Dream Kardashian, who just turned 2 years old this week. Now, her attorney Lisa Bloom is blasting him for filing to lower his official child support payment, telling Page Six he has "deliberately retreated from social media to reduce his income so that he can pay less child support.”
“Poor little rich boy. What kind of father doesn’t want to support his own baby?” she asked rhetorically.
According to paperwork reportedly obtained by The Blast, Rob is asking for a modification to his $20,000 per month payment because he can't afford it anymore. He says he has lost income because he hasn't shot many episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians since she filed a restraining order for domestic violence on him last summer.
“I have not participated in the filming of any episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a restraining order against me," The Blast reported Rob said in the paperwork. "Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media. It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show. I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures.”
The paperwork allegedly also cites Blac Chyna's concurrent rise in income as a factor in why his support order should be modified, and that he should actually be receiving child support from her.
Blac Chyna's attorney said she has had a hard time with Kris Jenner as well.
“Rob and Kris Jenner have also been dodging their depositions," Lisa Bloom told Page Six. "They can run, but they can’t hide. Like all other litigants and witnesses, eventually, they will have to show up and answer questions about where all of Rob’s money has gone. We’ll get a court order requiring them to come to my office and answer questions under oath if necessary.”
The child support modification request is apparently due to be heard in court in December.
