Are Familymoons the New Honeymoons?

Gwyneth Paltrow and new husband Brad Falchuk didn't have a honeymoon, they had a familymoon, with her kids — and her ex-husband Chris Martin, too.

"It was a very modern honeymoon," she told LIVE with Kelly and Ryan of the whole family's outing to the aquatic paradise Maldives.

Kelly and Ryan wondered what they all did on the trip.

"Oh, just great conversation and lots of kids. It was great," Gwyneth said. "We had such a good time."

Talk about a co-parenting feat!

"We just wanted to minimize the pain for the kids," she told the hosts of her strategy with Chris. "They just want to see their parents around the dinner table, basically, so we try to keep that."

2019 might just be the year that the familymoon overtakes the honeymoon in Hollywood. Several couples we expect to see tie the knot this year, including David Foster and Katharine McPhee (who already travel with their family) and possibly Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, may consider bringing their families along.
