After two years there, Sylva moved on to become the Executive Chef of Tashan Restaurant and Lounge, a new modern Indian restaurant. Senat was a cornerstone of the success at Tashan and is currently consulting with other restaurants in Philadelphia, while also preparing to open a new restaurant, Maison208, in Center City this winter. He also mentors young students from a program called Career through Culinary Arts, where he also holds a seat on the alumni board.
