Elise Wims

Elise Wims is a classically-trained chef and fitness enthusiast from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With experience as  an executive chef,  restaurant manager, catering president, and startup owner, Elise has the chops--and the attitude--to be an ideal operations manager at Gibbons Life. As the middle child of two brothers, Elise assumed the role of a caregiver, preparing meals at a young age to help her family. Cooking turned into Elise’s passion and led her to the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. Elise combined her culinary skills and dynamic personality to become “The Diva Chef,” a cooking expert combining food, fitness, and fashion. Always one to push the boundaries, the single mother headed to Gibbons Life to step outside the culinary industry in a new and exciting way.
