EJ Jansen

EJ Jansen is a born and raised Canadian with an adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit. Growing up on Vancouver Island, he was surrounded by water and intrigued by boats since a very young age. At age 21 he managed to find himself working on some of the world's finest super yachts, gradually gaining  thousands of miles cruising the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Central America, and the entire East Coast of the U.S. 

In addition to being bosun, EJ has founded an online yacht training resource, YachtyCrew.com. The site teaches aspiring yacht crew the trade secrets to becoming successful in the yachting industry. He is dedicated to helping those finding their path in the industry and hopes he can have an integral role in solidifying a standard practice amongst those seeking to become yacht crew.
