Fredrik Eklund Shows the New “Incredible Renovations” in His Connecticut Home (PICS)
The Million Dollar Listing alum shared a look at his newly redone “country chic” estate.
Fredrik Eklund has no shortage of real estate in his life — and that goes for his personal life as well as his professional one!
The Million Dollar Listing New York and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum may be renting out his house in Beverly Hills and living in some chic new Miami digs (more on that later), but he still has a stunning property in Connecticut. And in his recent Instagram Stories, the Sweden native shared a peek inside his newly renovated New England home.
Fredrik Eklund’s Connecticut Garden & Kitchen
In his shares, the father of two filmed a lush area bordering a pond. “We haven’t been here for a little while, in Connecticut,” he said. “So, as you can see, the garden has grown. I like it!”
He also snapped a photo of an arched bridge that leads to the back of his home. “Back to this paradise for a quick visit seeing the incredible renovations,” he captioned the idyllic snap.
To caption another outdoorsy photo, this one showing pretty wildflowers, the proud “dada” mused: “I’ve missed this place. The twins were born here.”
The real estate ace also shared several photos of the inside of his house, which has had some new features added since Fredrik bought the home in 2016.
“In progress but looking fierce,” he wrote, captioning a photo of his marble-trimmed kitchen. He also shared the verdant view from his kitchen window, writing: “Country chic. Now cooking will be amazing again!”
Fredrik Eklund’s Professionally Designed Bathroom
The sun-filled bathroom has some considerable perks too. Sharing a photo of a sleek bathtub surrounded by large windows, Fredrik wrote: “Once again [interior design firm] Paris Forino has helped us update this heaven to something a bit more lighter and happier.” (Fun fact: Fredrik is a well-known bath aficionado who once gifted Andy Cohen a teak tub!)
Fredrik also shared a peek at the dreamy, moon-like light fixtures flanking his bathroom mirror. “Obsessed with these sconces,” he wrote.

Fredrik Eklund’s Miami Home
New England gets cold in the wintertime, but Fredrik will have the option to stay warm. The real estate pro took to social media in July to share the big news about his Miami move.
“The cat is out of the bag…. We’re renting out our house in Beverly Hills!” Fredrik captioned his post. “We came to Los Angeles four years ago today and we have so much to thank California for. I’ve built a strong team here and we continue to set records. However, my business is expanding quickly in Miami and the twins got into one of the best schools there for the Fall. [My husband] Derek got a super cool art studio in the Miami Design District too.”
“We’re so [excited] for this new chapter,” he continued. “I do need to be closer to New York where the business is bigger than ever.”
