RHOA's Cynthia Bailey Reveals What's Next for Daughter Noelle's Modeling Career
Will Noelle Robinson follow in her mother's footsteps?
Cynthia Bailey's 18-year-old daughter Noelle Robinson is interested in becoming a model. It's a tough industry, to say the least, but Noelle may be one of the lucky ones: Not only is the teen a total knockout, she also doesn't have to look far to find a career mentor. After all, Cynthia has some serious expertise when it comes to the fashion industry. And, she's nothing but supportive of her daughter's dreams.
In 2016, The Real Housewives of Atlanta pal told The Daily Dish: "Of course, as [Noelle's] mom and CEO of the Bailey Agency School of Fashion, I’m going to help her open some doors." Cynthia stayed true to her promise, and even tapped her mini me to become the face of her luxury leather goods line, Cargo. And, she continues to encourage her daughter's ambitions as they evolve.
The Lookbook recently caught up with the proud mom, and asked for an update on Noelle's budding career. "Noelle is definitely still the face of Cargo," Cynthia told us. "You know, when she was interested in modeling, that was something that we made happen because that’s where here interests were. But, Noelle actually just turned 18, she’s growing up … She’s still finding her own identity. She’s figuring out her life, and she still loves modeling. Noelle will be the face of Cargo for as long as she wants to be."
But, Noelle's interests have expanded to include other areas, including one in the medical arena. The teenager took a year off from school to intern with a prosthodontist. "It’s actually a specialized dentistry — cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry," Cynthia explained. "She’s always kind of been interested in dentistry so I said, ‘listen, if you really think you are interested, do an internship and just go in there and see if this is something you really want to do.’ I mean, me personally, I like having nice white teeth but I don’t want to be ... the one, you know, dealing with someone’s mouth all day. I have no interest in that. But she loves it!"
Cynthia added that a future in show business is still on the table for Noelle. "You know, her dad [Leon Robinson] is an actor, so she’s got a lot of acting opportunities as well. We as parents, we obviously can’t jump inside her body and say ‘do this and do that,’ so we kind of just have to let her find her way. She’s interested in a number of things. I think she can do it all. She’s amazing," Cynthia said.
It sounds like the world is Noelle's oyster. And we definitely see white teeth in her future, no matter which profession she chooses.
