Cue the Awws: Chrissy Teigen Just Showed Off Daughter Luna's Very First Pigtails

It's been an exciting few weeks for John Legend and Chrissy Teigen's impossibly cute daughter, Luna. Not only did the one-year-old show us all how to mater an avocado-chic dress code, she's also expecting a baby brother. And, she recently marked an important rite of passage in any child's beauty education: Baby got her first set of pigtails.

Teigen took to Instagram on November 28 to document the too-cute style, noting with pride that it was Luna's first time rocking the youthful 'do. Though no celebrity stylist was credited in the impromptu photo shoot, we're guessing that mom was in charge of the comb and hair ties on this one.

And — we must say — she did an excellent job. Just look at how pleased Teigen's little client is with her new coif. Luna looks like a total rock star, just having a casual Cheerios snack and showing off her 'tails like they're no big thing. 

If Luna grows up to be anything like The Real Housewives of New Jersey pal Margaret Josephs — who claims pigtails as her signature hairstyle to this day — the little one will get plenty of mileage out of the twinning ponytails. In fact, the Jersey-based entrepreneur has even said that wearing pigtails aided in her business success. 

But for now, we'll just be over here squealing over Luna's new look, and wondering if her little starry frock comes in our size.
