Ashley Graham Chopped Her Hair into a Gorgeous Lob (For Real This Time)

Beware the spell of the faux lob, darlings, because once you try it, you may just fall in love with it. Earlier this year, we saw The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards make a major chop after rocking a faux lob on the show. And Vanderpump Rules' Stassi Shroeder did the same. Now, less than one month after she donned a fake wavy version of this haircut for “one night only,” Graham has also permanently joined the lob squad.

The body positive model revealed the new look at her stunning Met Gala appearance on Monday evening. Moments before the event, Graham, and her hairstylist Justine Marjan dropped several hints of a major hair change underway on Instagram. One of the posts included a shot of Graham with one side of her hair at lob length and the other at her usual mermaid length. There, Marjan also revealed that Graham was going for a Joan of Arc-inspired look for the evening.

Soon after, Graham arrived at the 2018 Met Gala rocking her new sleek lob and a dazzling copper-sequined Prabal Gurung gown. A stunning take on the "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination” theme, if we may add.

Graham wasn’t the only celeb who also made a big change in the name of fashion. Jennifer Lopez debuted a fab new bob to go along with her 2018 Met Gala look.
