Kourtney Kardashian Is Vacationing Like a High-Rolling Hippie in Mexico (PICS)
The KUWTK sister and her beau are getting up close with nature — in the most pampered way possible.
Kourtney Kardashian enjoyed the "simple things" in life on a Mexican vacation with her beau, Younes Bendjima. The couple recently jetted off to Punta Mita for a few days of sunshine and R&R. But, instead of staying at her accustomed Punta Mita retreat — that'd be the Casa Aramara private estate of Joe Francis fame, which has been wrapped up in its recent legal issues — the reality star opted for a different kind of experience this time around.
Cue the "simple" things, as in lush jungle surroundings, a private beach at your disposal, and a romantic room tucked into the cliffside, with a private pool and views of the sparkling ocean below. You know. Simple.
The couple stayed at the Imanta Resort, which — while still suited to a Kardashian in terms of luxury — also focuses on becoming one with nature. Offering an "eco-vacation experience," the resort is tucked into a 250-acre jungle preserve. Visitors can hike along ocean trails, sip natural juices for breakfast while watching the sun rise over the cliffs, and undergo an ancient cleansing ritual that uses herbal potions and hot steam to "rejuvenate the body and soul." It's all very earthy and natural and soul-seeking, in other words. But, it's still a Relais & Chateaux property.
Both Kourtney and Younes took to Instagram to showcase snaps from the luxury getaway. It looks like the couple took some time to sway in a hammock tied between jungle trees...
