The designer didn't mess with heels during the hectic week.
Victoria Beckham once declared: "I can't concentrate in flats." Since then, the designer has had a change of heart on the matter, and she showed her new allegiance to comfy shoes—and clothes— during New York Fashion Week.
Victoria was spotted in a chic but conspicuously casual look over the fashion-frenzied weekend. The former Spice Girl kept things breezy—and gave a nod to menswear—in a collarless blouse, culottes studded with buttons, and flat, Grecian-style sandals. She accessorized with a statement bag and a gold, Rolex watch.
Though we've become accustomed to seeing VB in tight, carefully tailored ensembles, her #NYFW look isn't entirely new. Back in February, she took a bow after her fall fashion presentation wearing a cozy sweater, trousers, and white sneakers. The designer also advocates for a pared-back makeup routine. We can get used to this suffering-less-for-fashion thing.
