This Woman Found Actual Bugs in Her Kylie Cosmetics Shipment

If you thought it was bad when Kylie Jenner’s Lip Kit brushes showed up on doorsteps looking like Hey Arnold’s unruly head of hair, you’re going to lose it when you see what one recent buyer discovered when she opened up her latest shipment.
Em Venditte—who posted under the username emilyempress on Reddit’s MakeupAddiction subforum—said that when she received her package at the end of last month, she was surprised to find an army of living, breathing, crawling ants swarming the contents of her purchase!
“I've reached out three times to Kylie Cosmetics with this issue,” she stated on Reddit, desperate to get the brand’s attention. “I received this package on August 21st and noticed a bunch of ants inside and outside the package with weird food particles inside.”
In the comments section of the video she posted to Instagram, above, Venditte wrote, “It's because the package is poorly sealed. The makeup inside is exposed which has the potential to attract bugs because the makeup is sugary. They should have the makeup medically sealed inside.”
She said she emailed customer service with the videos on the same day her order arrived. They responded with this message:
It’s now been 20 days since Kylie Cosmetics promised a new shipment within seven to 10 days, and she hasn’t received any other response from the company. Reddit user Wendy_Windbag replied to the Reddit thread, “I saw s**t like that all the time when I worked there. They're pretty careless with how they store things and when you bring up concerns they tell you to use discolored foam/boxes anyways...until something like this happens."
