Kelly Bensimon Sounds Off on Bethenny's Return
Is the former 'RHONY' star excited for her Season 7 comeback?
Bethenny is back—and her former Housewives couldn't be more thrilled!
Kelly Killoren Bensimon may no longer be on Real Housewives of New York City, but she's happy that her former co-star, Bethenny Frankel, is returning to the fold.
"[She's] a great role model for women who feel like they can't do anything after they get divorced and their lives are over," Kelly tells the New York Post. "She constantly reinvents herself."
Kelly's enthusiasm may come as a surprise: the two famously clashed during their time on the show, particularly during their ill-fated trip to the Caribbean, which famously became known as "Scary Island".
Fellow Housewives have also gushed about Bethenny's return for Season 7. "Welcome 'home' sister," Kyle Richards said on Twitter. Sonja Morgan, meanwhile, shared, "She has power, charisma, a great sense of humor...and she doesn't take herself too seriously," she said. "I love the fact that she gets me. She understands what it's like to be a divorced mom and she knows what it means to work hard for your money. Nothing has ever been handed to Bethenny."
