Well, like all things '90s, this trend has come back to life. As People pointed out, boundary-pushing dudes like Jaden Smith, Kid Cudi, and even the Dallas Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott have been bringing the men's crop top out of obscurity for the past year. And then, it happened. The trend got the stamp of approval from The Biebs.
