On Friday, Lopez released the video for her latest single: "Ain't Your Mama." (Kind of cheeky timing, given Mother's Day weekend and all.) In the video, Lopez changes looks to step into archetypal female characters of decades past. E! Online broke down the looks, which include a '50s-style, floral-print dress by James Galanos, a Mark Zunino peach frock paired with cat-eye glasses, and an electric-purple skirt suit by Thierry Mugler. (Guess which decade that represents?)
By the end of the video, we're in the present. And in 2016, what self-respecting superstar wears jeans when she can wear Rihanna's jewel-studded, denim stilettos?That's right: the final dance number sees J-Lo gettin' down like only she can in the famous 9 to 5 boots.
Rumor has it, Rihanna personally gifted J-Lo with the kicks—and the Barbadian beauty expressed some, um, subtle excitement about it all on social media. "I'm having such a f%^kin moment," she gushed. Honestly? We had the same reaction.
