How Come No One Told Us How Cute Mike Shouhed’s Newest Puppy Is?!
Yeah / Pet a lot of dogs, have a lot of pets / That’s the life here on Sunset.
Hey guys, we thought we were friends. We thought we looked out for each others' best interests. We thought we had a deep, meaningful connection, bonded over our shared love of dogs. But we guess not, because if any of that were true, you would have told us about how cute Shahs of Sunset’s Mike Shouhed’s puppy Lincoln is. You could have at least dropped us a text, y'know? Luckily, we’ll forgive your friendship faux pas because this perfect pupper makes it impossible to feel anything but absolute delight.
Looking at Lincoln’s velvety fur, it’s no wonder Mike became smitten with the French bulldog pup when he welcomed her into his family back in January. Mike is very proud of her purebred lineage, and we can only wonder if she’ll have a future as a show dog. (But pssst, Mike, for your next pup... maybe consider #AdoptDontShop!)
Lincoln isn’t Mike’s only furry friend; he has two other dogs, Lexi and Dowjer. Lexi, short for Lexington, is also a Frenchie and about three years old—she’s already looking like she’s Lincoln’s other half! But the OG of Mike’s dog family is Dowjer, a red-nosed American Staffshire Terrier, which is one of the breeds commonly referred to as a pit bull. Mike is a huge supporter of the pit bull breed and adores his 14-year-old dog. That dedication and length of relationship is especially impressive in today’s love ‘em and leave ‘em dog culture that celebrities sometimes fall into. (Sorry, Lena Dunham).
The sometimes-shoe designer’s dedication to his dogs is evident to everyone that has watched The Shahs of Sunset. These pups mean so much to him that he even cited both Dowjer and Lexi in his “5 Things the Shahs Can’t Live Without.” While he only had two pups at the time that was published, we think he has room to squeeze in room for one more dog in his top five. (There’s a questionable tee shirt we think could easily be replaced by Lincoln.)
Mike may have finalized his divorced, but still has a full family with this cuddly crew. Just look at them! (See we’re showing you these photos in case you missed them, because we’re friends, and that’s what friends do.)
