These Cult-Favorite Ankle Boots Keep Selling Out — But They're SO Worth the Wait

It was without a doubt love at first sight. The first time I laid eyes on these boots, I was aimlessly scrolling through my Instagram feed, and there they were: M.Gemi's Corsa boots. Not only were they absolutely stunning, they checked all the boxes: fashionable yet classic, the perfect low block heel, just a touch of flair in the geometric-patterned heel. I immediately knew I had to get my hands on, er, feet into a pair. 

The Corsa boot, which comes in multiple colors and materials, has amassed a cult following for good reason. When I first opened the shoe box upon receiving my boots (the gray suede with patterned heel version), I could immediately tell how incredible the quality was. I swear the suede was the softest I'd ever felt. I slid my feet in — they have a side zipper for ease of putting on and taking off — and they were just so comfortable. The 2-inch block heel is the absolute perfect height for a bit of fashionable elevation, but you can walk around in it all day with zero pain. 

And speaking of the heel, oh. my. gosh. As someone who almost exclusively wears solid black shoes, trying a multi-colored heel was definitely a bit out of my comfort zone. But the combination of neutral tones with just small pops of pink and blue is impeccably chic. It somehow manages to be eye-catching yet subtle at the same time. 

Call me a narsissist but this is my absolute favorite part of being a Corsa boot owner: the compliments. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops to notice, no, ogle at my boots. Here's what happened just on day one of wearing my Corsa boots: The first person I spoke to when I walked in to work immediately cut off my "good morning" to tell me how much she loved my boots, specifically the heel. Then, in the elevator on the way to lunch, a complete stranger asked me where I got my boots because she just had to have a pair. That evening at happy hour, I swear I spotted a random girl at the bar checking out my boots. The amount of attention they got was unreal.

Because these boots are so beloved, they keep selling out.
