Mariah Carey's New Makeup Will Make You Want to Hit a Holiday Party Right Now

More than snow on the ground, more than eggnog lattes, Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas" signals the start of the holiday season for us. (It's a seasonal perk we take advantage of, loud and proud, on loop.) This year, the songstress is not only topping our get-festive playlist; she's made her way to the top of our gift list.

Mariah has teamed up with MAC Cosmetics to launch a capsule collection called #MACMariahCarey. Naturally, the limited-edition pieces ooze glitter, sparkle, and Mimi magic. Let's take a closer look, shall we?

The powder blush ($24) comes in gilded packaging. The candy-pink hue is called "You've Got Me Feeling." Yes, this is a harbinger of delightful names to come.

The eye shadow palettes ($41) comprise four, gorgeously shimmering hues. In the "It's Everything" palette, shown here, shades range from the frosty white "Diamond Butterfly" to the pearly, deep-plum "Images of Rapture."

Mimi's spirit animal, a butterfly, decks the lipsticks ($20 each) in glittery tubes. "I Get So OOC" (pictured) is a frosty, shimmering brown. There are also pinky nude, shimmering champagne, and cool and pinky peach tones.

Mariah also worked a little magic with the uber-glossy Lipglasses ($23.50 each.) Each of the colors—which range from pink to peach to champagne—shimmer big-time.

The brushes ($28.50-$59.50) are pure vanity-table icing.

Now, if you're ready to take home the gold (eye shadow) in competitive shopping, jot this down. The goods will be available online on December 8, and will be in store December 15 through January 26. It'd be a real heartbreaker if you missed this one. (You'll forgive us for one dad joke, right?)
