A private group of lawyer moms on Facebook have been keeping a fashion secret—but thanks to us (and UsWeekly), the cat is now out of the bag. What’s the secret? A flattering, work-appropriate dress that looks good on everyone. Yes, you read that right. AND, get this: EVERY style of the dress is currently on sale, starting at $34.

Designed by Land’s End, the Women’s Sleeveless Ponte Sheath Dress is a must-have for mamas because it’s comprised of a fluid knit/rayon fabric (with a dash of spandex!) that forgives our not-so-perfect bodies and flatters thanks to a super discreet A-line cut, diagonal pockets and princess seams. “Women often post asking the ‘hive mind’ for wardrobe suggestions. Someone recommended the Ponte and a few people commented in agreement,” Nina Goldberg, who founded the private Facebook group that shone a light on the dress, told Us Weekly. “After the first batch received their dresses, they started posting selfies. They were all different sizes and they all looked fantastic and they all felt good about themselves. And then our feed just blew up with pictures and comments about the dress. I would estimate at least 1,000 dresses have been ordered.”

Another Los Angeles-based attorney who’s part of the group, Lisa Weinberger, told Us, “The dress seems to have this miracle quality of looking good on everyone!”
